How to complain, who reads it, and how long it takes.

If something has gone wrong

Tell us. We would much rather hear it from you than not hear it at all.

Complaints are read by a person who was not involved in what you are complaining about.

What happens, and when

  • We acknowledge your complaint and tell you who is handling it.
  • We respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we need longer, we explain why and give you an expected date.
  • If you are not satisfied, you may ask for a second review by someone who was not involved in the original response.

Complaints about a supplier

Where the problem lies with a supplier you contracted with directly, we will help you take it up with them, and we do not charge for that help. We will tell you honestly where we think the responsibility sits, including where it sits with us.

Complaints about your personal data

These follow a separate route, described in our privacy notice. In short: write to support@jadama.org with “Data protection complaint” in the subject line, and we will acknowledge within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at any time.

Our record

We record complaints and any operational change made as a result.
